Learn from the experts in local cheese and wine. Assist with the making of the exquisite Norbury Blue cheese and learn how to blend your own Denbies wine.
Enjoy an informative morning with Norbury Blue cheesemaker, Michaela Edge when you will have the opportunity to to assist in the making of this exquisite blue cheese. The afternoon will be spent in the winery where the Denbies winemaker will explain the technicalities of winemaking and blending.
Full refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Norbury Blue cheese and a bottle of Denbies wine to take away as a memento of the day. You wll then have the opporutnity to blend your own wine.

'Celebration of Surrey' Dinner
Denbies Head Chef, Kevin Carter, who had the honour of cooking lunch for HM the Queen, will be preparing a gastronomic feast of all estate grown and locally sourced produce. Join us foa a 7 course aste sensation, each course accompanied by Denbies wine.
